
Around the age of four Michael remembers watching his Mom cook and wanting to be part of it. So he grabbed the salt and pepper shakers and went to town…adding those ingredients into a cake without her knowing it. Even though his Mom was not too happy with him at the time, it sparked his love affair with food.
Chef Michael believes that good tasting, healthy food should be available for all. Inspired by the world around us he creates recipes and meals using natural, non-processed ingredients so to maintain their natural flavor and integrity.
