What services do you provide?
We provide personal chef, private chef, catering services and meal delivery. We can come to you and cook in the privacy of your home or bring meals to your home.
What is your average cooking time at someone's house?
Of course, that depends on several items, such as the number of meals for the week, the number of people we would cook for, how much hands-on experience you’d like, how complex the meals are, the type of equipment in your kitchen, etc. For a family of four, we could create several wholesome meals and accompaniments in about three hours.
Do you cook for families? Corporate events? Parties?
Yes, yes, yes and yes. We enjoy supporting you while you play host/ hostess during your celebration of an accomplishment or other life moments! As well as preparing your meals for the week.
Do you prepare Vegetarian meals?
But of course. I personally prefer meals that are heavy on veggies. (Chef Michael) We also create recipes for gluten free diets, too.
Can you offer Gluten Free Recipes?
Absolutely, in fact we design many our recipes with the least amount of allergenic food items like wheat, soy, cow milk, peanuts. However, please inform us of all known allergies.
Is your food all organic?
Our goal is to use organic fruits and vegetables in our menu items, especially fresh items, whenever possible. Let’s say, our suppliers cannot get us organic sweet potatoes, then I would find a substitute like organic butternut squash. Or let’s say we can’t get fresh organic peas, then we would consider how frozen organic peas would shape the recipe. We do our best to use organic as often as possible.
Do you make your own sauces or are they store bought?
We craft our sauces, marinades, dressings, and flavorings from scratch.
Do I get to pick my meals from a menu or do you design a menu specifically for me?
We take pride in our menu and provide meals that are based on local produce and seasonality, all the while looking to please everyone. Once you decide to get started, we have a list of most commonly eaten food items that you will go through and tell us what you like, what you’re allergic to and what you’re willing to try.
What if I have dietary/health restrictions?
We want your eating experience to be a pleasurable one. Please share with us any restrictions, digestive issues and or allergies.
Why would I want to use a food coach?
We don’t consider ourselves coaches, we consider ourselves more like a food guide and we easily work alongside your nutritionists, dieticians, and nutritional therapists. We want to support you with the food preparation.
